User Involvement: Give your employees the opportunity to fill out the necessary data and upload photos by sending them a secure email link. This allows them to quality-check the information before it is sent to an administrator for approval.
An Intuitive Interface: Our user-friendly interface ensures easy form filling, while a preview of the ID bearer provides a chance to correct errors before submission.
Approval: Administrators receive immediate notifications of submitted requests. They can easily approve, reject, or make adjustments. Rejection reasons can also be sent back to end users.

How to Use Duo ID in the Breeze Portal?
Duo ID operates by an administrator initiating a "Start a Duo ID request." The administrator can choose which information should be hidden, visible, and managed by the cardholder. This may include personal information, PIN codes, and photos. The cardholder will receive an email link with a request to complete the required information. There will also be an option for the cardholder to upload a photo or take one via a webcam or mobile camera if required by the administrator. Once the cardholder has completed the necessary information, they will preview the ID bearer. This allows the cardholder to quality-check the information before sending it to the administrator for approval. The administrator will have the opportunity to approve or reject a request and provide comments for any changes the cardholder may need to make for the order to be approved.
