Where to Use Duo ID?
Streamlining the ordering process: Our intuitive "Start a new Duo ID request" function simplifies the creation of new ID credentials.
User Involvement: Give your employees the opportunity to fill out the necessary data and upload photos by sending them a secure email link. This allows them to quality-check the information before it is sent to an administrator for approval.
An Intuitive Interface: Our user-friendly interface ensures easy form filling, while a preview of the ID credential provides a chance to correct errors before submission.
Approval: Administrators receive immediate notifications of submitted requests. They can easily approve, reject, or make adjustments. Rejection reasons can also be sent back to end users.

How Duo ID Works
Duo ID makes it simple and secure to manage ID cards. An administrator can start a request directly in the portal by selecting Start a Duo ID request. The administrator decides which information should be visible, hidden, or managed by the cardholder—such as personal details, PIN codes, and photos.
Flexibility for Cardholders
The cardholder receives an email with a link to complete the required information. They can also upload a photo or take one using a webcam or mobile camera if requested by the administrator. Once all details are provided, the cardholder can preview the ID card to ensure accuracy before submitting it back for approval. The administrator can then approve or reject the request and add comments for any necessary changes.
API Integration
Duo ID can also be initiated via API integration. Your organization can retrieve the Duo ID link from Breeze through the API and send it directly to the cardholder. This enables full flexibility for automated workflows and integration with your own systems.
